Our commitment to quality in all the services we provide is assured by our various accreditations and alliances with organisations that oversee the continuous improvement of quality within the industries we operate. Covering all areas of our activities, our quality management system ensures that a consistent and structured management and planning process is applied to each contract, starting right at the beginning with strict inspection of goods-in through to strict inspection of goods-out.
We ensure that all contracts are controlled throughout every stage of a project whilst ensuring that you are kept informed of the progress.
Providing the highest quality services and solutions to our customers is vital and is underpinned by the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system that Cursey Technology operates.
To help guarantee the highest quality all work is inspected to meet the constraints of the IPC-A-610 validation standard.
IPC-A-610 – All employees are trained to this standard by our in-house certified IPC trainer
The key to our manufacturing control capability lies with our heavily-bespoked Enterprise Control software. The use of this system allows us to serialise your assemblies so that we can provide thorough traceability and efficient control of every stage of the manufacturing process. Further, our control system provides reproducibility and ensures any appropriately trained individuals are job ready.
Your job specification is broken down as required and reflected on barcode-controlled Route Cards which log each task, and are then used by our staff within the control system so that each stage can be monitored and managed.
In line with our commitment to quality as a certified ISO 9001:2008 contract electronics manufacturer and with a proven track record of working within the aerospace industry, we are pleased to be able to produce First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) where these are a requirement.
Where necessary, we can enlist our suppliers of bespoke parts to produce FAIRs so that there is product and part accountability, all amounting to providing you with complete traceability if required (at a time and resource cost).
Training our staff and ensuring they have all the tools and knowledge to complete their work to the best possible standard is paramount. All employees are trained to IPC-A-610 standard. In addition to this, all personnel that make up team Cursey undergo regular development meetings where new skill sets and training protocols are implemented according to latest standards.
A flat management structure means that our employees are always appropriately supported as well as offering you a relevant response to enquiries.
AOI offsite and onsite training with continual in-house training for multi skilled staff.
As well as the regular training development programmes we operate, some of our staff may often attend short courses and seminars which bring both them and us as company new and exciting knowledge.
